If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order you may return it within 10 days. You must e-mail theresa_conroy@comcast.net for return details.
In the unlikely event that a piece of jewelry breaks, we will fix it free of charge within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, a nominal $2 restringing fee would apply for a single strand bracelet. Feel confident with your purchase and shopping with us!
